At Bonolok, we take immense pride in crafting technical, high-performance outdoor footwear engineered for demanding environments and field conditions. We want you to have complete confidence in your gear.If a Bonolok product fails or breaks down due to a manufacturing defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
Terms & Eligibility
6-Month Window: Defective items are eligible for replacement or resolution within six (6) months from the original purchase date. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number proving original purchase directly from bonolok.com or an authorized Bonolok retailer is required to submit a warranty claim. Replacements & Credits: If the exact model or size is no longer available, we will provide a replacement of similar style and value, or issue a store credit for a future purchase. Authorized Purchases Only: Counterfeit or gray-market products are not covered. To guarantee authenticity and full warranty coverage, always buy directly through bonolok.com or an authorized retailer.
Normal Wear & Tear vs. Defects
Our footwear is constructed for rugged terrain and off-road exploration. However, all footwear experiences natural aging, friction, and stress through regular use. This warranty does NOT cover - Normal Wear & Tear: Natural breakdown of outsole rubber, lugs, upper fabrics, cushioning, or colors resulting from regular use over time and mileage; Improper Care & Negligence: Damage caused by improper washing, artificial heat drying, exposure to harsh chemicals, or lack of routine maintenance; Accidents & External Forces: Punctures, tears, gouges, or abrasion caused by rocks, thorns, sharp objects, animal interactions, or accidental impacts; Fit or Comfort Issues: Discomfort or sizing issues that arise after extended outdoor use (for sizing concerns, please see our Refund & Exchange Policy). All warranty requests undergo an evaluation process where the age, usage patterns, and condition of the product are taken into consideration.
Product Care Guidelines
To maximize the lifespan and technical performance of your Bonolok footwear, please follow these care instructions: No Machine Washing: Do not clean footwear in a washing machine. Machine agitation and harsh detergent cycles can compromise bonded construction, structural plates, and upper materials. Clean uppers manually with a soft brush, cold water, and mild soap; and dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shaded space at room temperature. No Direct Heat: Never use dryers, high-heat air blowers, space heaters, or direct fires to dry your shoes. High heat deforms technical foams, weakens adhesives, and alters structural components. Air Drying: Remove insoles and laces, shake off excess water, and allow footwear to dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shaded space at room temperature.
How to submit a claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team at customerservice@bonolok.com with: 1) Your original order number or proof of purchase; 2) Clear photos of the defect, the overall condition of the shoes, and the outsoles/treads; 3) A brief description of how the failure occurred.
